I’ve been working out with the terrific women at Fuse for almost a year and am so much stronger, with more stamina, than I was a year ago. Yay and thanks, Fuse!!

Fuse trainers are highly skilled, compassionate, flexible, and accommodating. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, and I feel invigorated and happy after every workout, for real. They’re all about functional fitness and not getting injured.

The Semi-private sessions that Fuse offers are perfect: they give me more personalized attention than a group class, but are more affordable than 1:1 personal training.

It’s a substantial investment in my health for sure, but so worth it. A way, way better value than the Y membership I never used with group classes that were intimidating and not accommodating of different levels…

Fuse has all the right elements to keep me going back and staying committed to working out. Fuse is a community. The trainers all know my name, classmates greet each other, and trainers will follow-up with me personally on problems and fixes I've asked them about. I also love that Fuse offers many different class times with different trainers, all with their own styles and strengths. I considered getting a 24 Hour Fitness subscription at one point, but it lacked the sense of community and humanity that Fuse brings to working out. If you want to train with people who are friendly, who care about your well-being, and are never intimidating, but instead, encouraging and supportive, I'd say check out Fuse.

My husband and I have been going to fuse fitness center on and off since they opened. Pasha and Kristen do a great job! The classes are unique and each instructor has their own style and challenges your body in different ways. I’ve learned a lot over the years - I’ve had some injuries and they have been accommodating and helpful during recovery. And with small class sizes, I have developed some nice relationships with other members. This is a great local small business worth supporting!

I've been a personal training client at the Fuse for about 8 years and really appreciate the dedication of the staff. When the pandemic hit in March, the trainers quickly switched to online training and kept us working out with personalized routines. They even dropped off loaner equipment to expand the range of activities we could do at home. Keeping it varied and engaging is a hallmark of their efforts.

When some limitations were lifted, my trainer Pascha found an outdoor location where we could safely work out. Pascha also figured out how to adapt existing equipment to the new setting to provide a range of challenging exercises. When I recently began physical therapy for an arm injury that I got on vacation, the much-younger PT was surprised by the strength in my arm as he pulled and pushed to measure my ability. Ha!

When I first started at the Fuse, I didn't really look forward to my sessions, being the exercise-adverse type that I was. But now, seeing the difference in both my overall core strength and balance, I actually look forward to my twice-weekly sessions. I even persuaded a colleague to join the fun.

Imagine your weight has gone from 200 pounds of muscle to 368 pounds in a little over a year and a half, you can barely climb your own driveway or the stairs in your home and its all due to psoriatic arthritis. What’s my arthritis pain what are you control I examined my options for losing the weight. I can try something like Pritikin at the cost of $6600 a week or I could craft a program with fuse fitness at the core. Hi shows the steps for the following reasons: 1. I will personally oriented towards my success, 2. The assessment was professional, personal and insightful. 3. The fittest packages are flexible program training to private training. 4. Pricing is appropriate and reasonable. 5. The facilities are clean with lots of natural lighting and well-equipped. 6. Fuse fitness philosophy is about enabling lifelong change, not just quick fixes. It has been six weeks I've gained muscle, flexibility, range of motion, increased my cardio fitness and lost 25 pounds. If you want to get in shape, make lasting change Fuse is the place to go

So glad I found Fuse Fitness! Working with Victor for 6 months has built my strength, flexibility and confidence. I was like the Tin Man after so many years sitting behind a computer. I found my body again! Such a positive experience!
