I highly recommend Gainz Fitness Center to people of all ages! Great environment, prices are affordable, the trainers are friendly, educated and helpful.
I personally have been training with Jayson for a little over a year and have lost 96lbs and counting! He has been incredibly helpful with my weight loss/ gym journey and I appreciate the effort he puts into our sessions and my overall fitness goals!

This fitness center is very clean and spacious. it has multiple machines that work on diff. areas of your body. Jayson is an amazing trainer there and he pushes you to be not just better physically but mentally. it’s also located in a private area and feels very safe.
