I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for the Team at Gameday. The staff is wonderful and make it a point to find a way to make sure my needs are all met at all times.
Before I was introduced to Gameday, I couldn't lose weight to save my life even though I was actively exercising daily, I wasn't sleeping well, I felt like I was bipolar due to intense mood swings, and the depression i felt from all of this had me wondering how much longer I could continue this way.
Had I known that the answer was as simple as getting my hormones in check, I would have started so much sooner!
At 38 years old, I feel better than I have in the last decade. I'm finally gaining muscle and losing fat, I have no more ups and downs, my metabolism is kicked into high gear again, and my performance behind closed doors has taken a huge upswing as well!

Game day men’s health is most definitely a game changer! I did a lot of homework and was actually a client at different clinics in the past and game day is the only place to be! Staff is great, locations in Mission Valley and in Poway, so no matter where you’re at it works out great.

Great Staff! Amanda is very knowledgeable and helpful. She explains and breaks down everything for you. She went thru all my lab work and told me the significance of each result and what they indicated. If you have ED, Gainswave treatments are a game changer!! A few sessions in and I'm already having longer and harder results!!!! Josh is also very friendly. They all games have the game or sports on. Plus they have a nice little refreshment center in the waiting room. Very glad I chose GameDay!
