The Gary Souza PT outfit is about the best thing to happen to me health recovery wise since retiring. I’ve had other PT appointments with bigger outfits before but that felt like a “mill”. Get you started and get you out of there as fast as possible! They were professional but somehow not as personable. With Riley and all the staff from the front office to the PT Aides (Diane, Amanda, Anna, Jay, Ella…to mention a few) it’s more like a Country Club than a clinic. They make you feel welcome, comfortable and happy to be there and I think that’s the best medicine to aid with your physical recovery.

This is my second time using Gary Souza PT and both experiences have been amazing. After back surgery I was looking for a qualified therapist and Sweeta did not disappoint. Her knowledge and professionalism sets her apart from everyone else. In addition Lizzie at the front desk is the main cog that makes this well oiled machine run like clockwork. I had two knee replacement surgeries and Gary and his team were there from beginning and I am almost at the end. Working with Sweeta has been a blessing. She and her assistants have me walking almost normally once again. She knows how to handle a recovering patient and proper therapy to apply. A little pain to recover is part of the process but cannot compare to the pain I had before the surgeries. I can't thank you enough for holding my hand through the process. Thank you.

Terrific PT’s and PT assistants. Charles Riley is an outstanding PT. He listens, observes and makes recommendations accordingly. Elle and Jay are the assistants. They make sure you follow the therapy routine correctly. All three have warm personalities and they work hard at making your PT experience worthwhile.

Elaine and Bianca are very professional, patient and kind to help me with my long term neck and shoulder pain issue. I know it takes time but I've learned some exercises to help me ease my pain when it occurs from time to time and be aware of the right posture for prevention.

This is my second time at Gary Souza PT. The first time I had a knee pain problem which was solved as I was completely pain free at the end of my visits and have remained that way. This time is much more complicated because it’s for various back pain problems. This has been the worst, most debilitating medical problem I have ever had. Not only has Colleen done much to make me more physically comfortable but when I leave there after each visit I am feeling much more optimistic about recovering from this very debilitating problem. Colleen is very knowledgeable and friendly. I also leave there after each visit like my problem is important and I am important. She does much for my mental health as well as my physical health. Everyone at this place is friendly. It really is a very pleasant place!

My PT Riley is great! I really like how the place won’t rush you out or anything, you can take your time doing the excercises if you are tired. They are also good at scheduling you way out for a few months so you can come in every week consistently. They schedule you themselves which is interesting but you can just call back and reschedule the bad days/times and it’s no problem.
