Dr. Matthew is a knowledgeable individual. He knows his subject. He will guide you, motivate you and help you through your journey. He is always available to provide feedback and help you evaluate your progress. Moreover, the smart phone application has useful tools and resources to get information and track your progress. I purchased the smart scale. I like how it connects to the phone app, records your weight and body fat. Very cool!
I would advise everyone, like everything in life, you must be disciplined, dedicated and consistent in order to achieve your goals.
Nonetheless, It was a great experience. I learned about nutrition and exercises to help improve my life in general.

Dr. Matthew is a healer. I highly recommend him for anyone suffering from neck and back pain. His unique concierge approach to physical therapy made it easy for me to ask questions or get support outside of my appointments. His personalized care has helped me progress much faster than I expected. During each session, he perfectly balances massage, therapeutic modalities, exercise and patient education for effective pain relief. He is not a clipboard therapist who gives exercises and walks away. He is focused on the patient the entire session.
