Dr Sandra Goines, in my opinion, is a great doctor. You can hear in her voice how passionate she about her practice and healing people. She actually listens to you and is very thorough. She starts with natural options first which I appreciate. She is very busy so you have to wait a bit to see her but she is worth it.

She was my doctor for 10 years before I had a bad fall and the horrible death of my youngest daughter. As a result of the fall I have mobility issues and have been unable to go into her office. Dr.Goines only wants cash and does not take HMO’s. She refused to renew my acid reflex and dropped me as a patient in an unprofessional manner. She never bothered to write me a letter or call and tell me I was no longer her patient. I am 82 and my youngest daughter recently died from stomach cancer. Dr. Goines has no compassion, refuses to prescribe my meds and does not care about my situation. She fooled me with her caring bedside manner. It hurts me to write this about a medical professional who, I trusted and who should have shown me human compassion.

Dr Goines is by far The Best Dr I have ever known. She has Always taken the time to listen to all of my issues and medical needs and has Always gone above and beyond to help me, regardless of how much time it takes to help. She has even worked with other drs to help me get the Best medical care possible! I cannot say enough great things about her! She is by the far the most understanding, empathetic Dr I have ever met. I have also recommended her to All of my Loves ones because of how incredible I think she is!

I read the reviews and I was somewhat concerned to visit this Dr. but she is my primary care Dr. so I made the appointment. I felt the complete opposite of these reviews. I really liked Dr. Goines and she spent a lot of time listening and talking to me. She requested for some tests to be ran and she said she would call me to discuss and answer any questions that I may have. I am not one to write a review but I had a great experience and wanted to share this experience. Her location is great for me and I parked right outside her office and walked in..no big parking structure with parking far away. I would recommend her to friends and family members.

I found the staff just like at any other place. They are not rude, but like me the facial expressions appear strong, at last that was my impression. They answered all my questions and I asked a lot. The doctor knows what she is doing. If she is different from other doctors, it's because she is a D.O. I was impressed how much time she gave me to listen to "all" my issues. A lot of issues. She reminds me of a country doctor. I am happy I found her

Friendly and supportive staff, quick to set up my virtual appointment during covid. Dr. Goines and her office are the best. I was able to call and be seen in a short window of time. Friendly and professional office staff over the phone. Took the time to answer my questions and support me in getting seen by Dr. Goines. I am so grateful for having her as our Family physician.

Doctor made mistakes on my prescriptions multiple times which wasted a lot of my time and in one case was frankly dangerous. Also, the office is plastered with huge ads for cosmetic botox, something called a “skinny shot”, and other things like that. I’ve got no real problem with her offering this cosmetic stuff as long as it’s safe, but I don’t want to be advertised to in this setting, and some of it seems genuinely fake or misleading junk science.

This office is rude. What doctors office doesnt care your shot records? And to go see the doctor its months ahead.. they dont carry shots and they ordered the wrong one causing me to lose my job cause i had to wait 2 months to recieve my vaccine. I do nit recommend chosinv this facility. Dr. kiss is the only one who is sweet and nice and i chose her over any nurse And doctors. Thank you dr. Kiss for helping me when no one else could.
