The YL was founded on a vision to provide a safe and inspiring place for self transformation through the practice of yoga. As the former owner I am proud that the YL has stayed true to that original intention. As an instructor at the Loft, I feel honored to be part of a team of senior teachers that live, eat and breathe yoga. As a student I continue to admire and learn from my colleagues. Something I cherish about the YL is that class participants are not used for YL promotions. My practice is mine, it's personal and it's never exploited on instagram! The YL is in the heart of downtown Sonora and we take that seriously!
