Nichol is an incredible instructor who makes Pilates accessible yet challenging. I started taking private sessions with her to ease back into exercise while recovering from an injury. What sets her apart is her ability to expertly tailor each private session to my goals, ensuring I regain strength without aggravating my injury. With her help, my injury is nearly healed, and I can now attend group classes confidently. Her group classes target every muscle, are well-balanced, and provide the perfect level of challenge. Been experiencing serious shoulder pain on and off for years and I finally had enough. Seriously the pain prevents me from getting decent sleep. I heard through the grapevine Nicole was good and most likely Pilates was the solution.

Just had my first session yesterday and I feel a significant difference in my pain level.

The studio is warm and welcoming. My time flew by and I’m looking forward to my next session.

Nichol has so much knowledge about the body, while also being innovative in her teaching techniques, catering to her clients’ personal needs. I’ve done many private Pilates sessions with Nichol and she really helped me stay injury free while I was training to become a professional ballerina. Nichol is such an inspiration and she is the reason that I am currently pursuing a Pilates certification. I hope that one day I can become half the teacher that Nichol is. On top of all of this, she is one of the coolest, most creative, and genuine people there is. Just getting to spend time with her is special, let alone getting to experience her incredible classes. You can’t sign up soon enough!!!
