Good afternoon. I am writing you to let you know that my experience at your gym was poor. I am a box owner in GA and I love dropping into other boxes when I am traveling. It gives me great ideas on how to improve my own gym in every aspect. I dropped in on Wednesday morning during the 5am class on 10/16/2024. The coach was said "hi" but that was about it. The coach never held a whiteboard talk about what the program was for the day. Did not go over the warm up or even demo a movement. Did not speak on the "left" or "Metcon" potion. She was too busy warming up, lifting and workout herself. No sense of care or motivation for any athlete to do good or be better. Also when class ended, she was the first one out the door to leave. Do what you will with the information I have presented to you but people pay a good price for more than that experience. I definitely will not be dropping into this location again.

Best box in the city. Charles and the coaches are experts in what they do and are very approachable. The members of this box are also less judgemental than Planet Fitness. If you are on the edge about what gym to join, whether your new to fitness or an experienced athlete, come here.

I originally came to Guns Out in 2017 while I was attending a course at Maxwell. Now four years later I come back and it’s still as good as it was in 2017 if not better! They have fostered a great culture and community and the workouts are sobering!

If you’re in town for any schools at Maxwell or Gunter or just passing through definitely give these Guns Out a visit!
