Even though I haven’t bothered to fill these ratings out before All of my encounters with you guys have been great all your team members have been great and just because I didn’t rate them please let them know they were not slighted. This is my third visit there.
I’ve been ordering my product online for the past two years before they got too important to have bud tenders or anyone to speak to trying to be automated like so much of the country today that just doesn’t work properly

The name Haven fits! Amazing vibe, terrific tunes, and every bud tender is helpful and kind especially Gilberto Who has done me right several times when I have visited the establishment. I can’t say enough good things about HAVEN # 4 on Redondo.

I've been to this location on two occasions. I was assisted by a young man named Blaine and another associate with pink hair who's name I fail to remember. Both of these associates provided excellent customer service and were very knowledgeable on their product. I came in with a vague sense of what I was looking to buy as gift, and they both assisted in finding a product that met what I was looking for. The gift recipient loved what I got for them and credit these two folks for their guidance. On top of that, the store was clean and well-organized. All other staff were friendly and behaved in a professional, but still warm and inviting manner. Though a smaller location, they still have a variety of product, and their online order process seems very well-run. Great store.

Jessica helped me out this morning and she was very attentive and knowledgeable, she was quick to help and even went out of her way to specify each category, brand, style, and strain and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. What an interesting experience. I came during a promo that the front girl, Taylor told me about. Really warm and genuine interaction, very knowledgeable. I know from past visits the house bud is mid so I avoid it, but I love the Turn selection and daily promos.
