I went in for my usual pod but it was sold out but luckily Kevin was able to help me out.

Had a great experience at haven paramount.

I’ve been to a lot of stores in my day… and I don’t know if I have EVER gotten better customer service than I got from Andres. He was so helpful and NICE!! I didn’t really know what I wanted when I went in, but after Andres helped me— I knew exactly what I wanted. And he noticed I qualified for a discount and hooked it up. WOW!!! So happy with my experience.

Not my usual Haven location but they had a better variety of flavors on stiiizy during the sale. This location is right off the freeway, so very convenient. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Kimberly made sure to tell me if there was something wrong with the pod, any exchanges or returns would need to be at this location and not at my local Haven (Los Alamitos). Spent under $80! It’s always a pleasant experience visiting any Haven location!
