I don't know where to start… I started getting treatment 8 months postpartum because I was at my lowest. I felt depleted emotionally, physically, and mentally. I had no energy and struggled with stagnation and brain fog.

I had tried acupuncture several years ago and I remembered how much it helped me in the past, so I decided to try it again knowing it would take at least 3 months of treatmenta before I would notice a significant change… well here I am 3 months later; my menstrual cycle is regular, I no longer have a brain fog, nor feel stagnant, I have energy and lost a lot of water weight I was holding on to.

I am so happy I made this investment and will continue to get treated for upkeep.

Got recommended to Dr He after moving to the San Ramon area. I was suffering from crashing fatigue, dragging period, and no lab tests revealed what the issue might be. Dr He is gentle and caring, easy to talk to and answers to all my questions. After the second treatment I was starting to feel better and soon after starting her herbal treatment, my energy was returning to me and blood circulation much better. My insurance isn’t paying well and it’s been hard to keep up with the cost but I have been coming due to the result. I still have many issues to work on but Dr He has given me the confidence that things has been and will improve. I am grateful she’s in the area.

Dr He is amazing. I have digestion issues, liver spots in my face. I also have pains on my feet and neck/shoulder. With Dr He’s Accupucture treatment, my digestion problem went away and the pains were relieved greatly. My liver spots gradually get better and better. I strongly recommend Dr He if you are looking for a treatment.
