I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Rogg so far ( hopefully many more to come) and the difference in my health is very noticeable. I went in after having a long night at the ER for my severe gastritis and reflux. For the last 15-20 yrs, I can not remember not waking up to vomit, or not having a difficult time eating without reflux.
On my first visit, Dr. Rogg asked me a few health questions and proceeded to diagnose me. Dr. Rogg did an acupuncture treatment and light back massage to straighten my back.
It is hard to explain how much something that seems so simple had an effect on me. The next morning, I woke up feeling like a completely different person. I was not nauseous and my body was allowing me to eat. I was very skeptical at first, thinking my mind was playing tricks on me, but the feeling has stayed true.
Like I said in the beginning of the review, I have had 2 more appointments since I was introduced to Dr. Rogg’s practice, and every time I left renewed. Dr. Rogg is a most valuable member of our Cutler Bay community. I wish I knew about him earlier! I recommend him to every person that I tell my story to. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rogg knows what he's doing! My back pain and numbness and tingling in my legs and feet is all greatly improved, as well as my sleep. I highly recommend going to see him, you'll be glad you did!

Great experience! They are wonderful, was definitely the best massage I ever had. I like intense massages. Ask for Teresa she is superb and the prices are really 😊 $85 for an hr!

For many years I would drive right past this place and I can’t believe I never gave it a second glance. I was interested in trying something different as I heard acupuncture could treat so many different things. Of all things, I went because I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years. My expectations were honestly not that high because I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Rogg blew me out of the water. He tested my pressure points and afterwards pulled out his handy-dandy book to explain what it all meant to me. For the first time…I got answers I’d been looking for. He also realigned my neck and back. My neck doesn’t pop and crackle anymore when put my head back. Lastly, whether on the phone or in person, his positive attitude is so refreshing. Many thanks Dr. Rogg!

I needed someone to help with my lumbar pain with no drugs. Just had enough of the prescription pills but I found this place. To me the DR is a hero , on the first day I was able to walk better again and with a smile ony face. I was so miserable, holding so much pain I was turning into a grouch. Not to mention very knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing. The atmosphere of the place is very zen and the rest of the staff very caring and hospitable. Fun place to be at too, he will try to make you laugh and make you feel comfortable. I truly recommend this place to anybody in pain or discomfort for quick recovery.

I am a current patient of the clinic. I recently started treatments with Dr. R to strengthen my tendons after having some inflammation due to running. When I first made an appointment for initial visit I was expecting what I usually get , 30 minutes acupuncture treatments, since I have received treatments in other occasions from a different clinic. My first visit I was impressed by Health and Wellness Center and Dr. R , the quality of treatment overall raised my expectations, I was impressed! I get more than acupuncture treatments, Dr. R is taking care of more than my tendons , it’s an entire wellness care. I had other issues other than my tendons and Dr. R is taking care of them by treatments and herbal medicine. I feel safe at his care and with his team, all the massage therapists are very knowledgeable. Dr . R just has a healing energy to him , I highly recommend this office so much that now my brother and his wife are patients and soon I will bring my mother 🙂 .

Dr. Robb is pretty awesome. He makes your stay pretty valuable and you get out feeling like new. I went because I was having anxiety attacks and he has helped me tremendously even after only two sessions. His staffs are all so nice and give the best massages ever. Totally recommended
