Completely unprofessional. I was left standing at the front desk for 10 min while the guy that was manning the desk was in the bathroom. When he came out he was rude and dismissive and I am pretty sure smelled of alcohol. The paperwork submitted by my future employer evidently was not completed to his liking so within the course of 3 sentences he signed and rolled his eyes about 4 times. The request to use his business to spend money to consume their services seemed to be a real inconvenience for him.

Ps. You never really know if the person you are being rude to may have some influence in big future contracts so you may want to examine how to do a better job at putting you best foot forward.

It's exactly what you want and need in a drug testing facility in your local area. I mean, I wasn't expecting much having done drug screenings at other facilities but I was pleasantly surprised that even during all this Covid stuff, they were quick, friendly and everything seemed sanitized. Next time I need or want to get a drug screening, I'll be back.
