I have been working with Hope for 4 weeks. For months, I've been trying to understand what was good or bad for blood sugar but couldn't make heads or tails of the information on the internet. Hope gave me the information I've been looking for plus much more. She also introduced me to tools for tracking my food intake and we've set golds each week. So far, I've lost over 5 pounds and my blood sugar has gone down by 25 points. You still have to do the work but Hope creates an environment for your success. Working with Health With Hope has been a life changing experience for me on my health journey. After having my gallbladder removed and past issues with H-Pylori, it became hard to know what foods were best for my body to digest that wouldn't cause me to feel sick. I'd been to several doctors and had countless tests yet still, no solutions. From possible Celiac disease to numerous other assumptions from health professionals, there never seemed to be clear answers. Even some foods I considered to be healthy were triggering painful reactions. Health With Hope helped get down to the bottom of the issues I was having which resulted in identifying symptoms that aligned more closely with IBS. We worked on individually trying certain foods to discover what was making me so sick. From there Hope helped me learn how to keep a wellness journal to not only log in my daily food intake along with times, but also track how much rest I was getting and unnecessary stress that'd affect my day. This was my first time logging in a journal which did wonders in my overall awareness and mental notes of how to approach things more efficiently in the future. I can attest to feeling so much better now not only eating and living a healthier lifestyle, but knowing which foods to stay away from in order to avoid having flare ups. I would 10/10 recommend Health With Hope for any personal or business nutrition needs.
