Michele’s yoga classes are thoughtfully put together. She explains each pose and provides modifications to include beginners. She encourages everyone along the way. Her thirty minute classes are a perfect blend of building strength, stretching and mindfulness.

First of all, you can book your spot in Michele’s class on her website before you attend, allowing you to make a last-minute decision to join her. She truly welcomes all levels and makes the class as intense or manageable as you want. You have ultimate control over the dumbbells you use and the strength of the bands. You can take a breather or water break whenever you want. I am also a fan because the class is held outdoors, in a park at a time when most folks can attend. I love the atmosphere she creates, starting with a warmup, building intensity and then a cool down. I leave with my muscles shaking, so if you’re in the mood to work, Michele will not let you down.
