I’d injured my lower back while moving boxs. I was in pain for over three weeks thinking that it will get better but it didn’t. So, when I came to Acupuncturist Cindy, my body was feeling tired and locked up from holding so much tension from the pain. I was also a little hunched because of stiffness.
After my first session my pain and stiffness decreased dramatically right after. What a difference! She uses 3 different techniques which decompresses my whole body and something unexpected your mind. You can actually feel this happening during the acupuncture part of the session. My tension release in my body and racing thought slows down to deeper ram. Impressive. Feels magical. After the session I had better mobility and circulation. My best sleep happens the night after the session. Her acupuncture needles are so thin you can hardly feel them! I love how there is no medication involved.
My experience here at Healthy Life Acupuncture has been super positive. Cindy is very caring and full of sunshine. I look forward to our sessions. She has earned my trust by taking great care of me. My pain has decreased dramatically and I’m healing very well. I will continue to see Cindy and not only for this injury but for maintaining my health and well being.

Background:

I messed my shoulder up at work and was recommended to give Cindy a call. She was able to fit me in on short notice. Upon arrival she was very attentative during the whole consultation process and addressed problematic areas first. I saw immediate improvements in my shoulder, an increase to mobility and a very noticeable decrease in pain.

I continue to see Cindy to work on past injuries (sports, car accident, general life)with great success.

I’ve been going to Cindy for over two years now, every time i go see her i feel significantly better with any pain or soreness in my muscles right after each appointment. The cupping technique she uses is different, deviated from the traditional cupping method, it won’t leave you with any blisters. I work out on a regular basis and i can say that after each appointment my muscles are relaxed and i feel much better with any soreness and tightness from the workouts! Cindy is a miracle worker, pure and simple. Before seeing her, nothing had helped in resolving the nerve pain in my arm and hand that stemmed from a pinched nerve in the neck -- none of the myriad drugs, the PT, or other acupuncturists. After my first visit to Cindy, it was immediately 80% better, and after the third visit, 100%. Cindy has a unique way of doing cupping that is far more effective than the traditional bell-shaped cups. Just be aware you will be bruised up afterward, which is primarily a cosmetic issue. For the pain relief you get, it is well worth it !
