I have thoroughly enjoyed the online workouts. Free workouts are posted weekly, they are easy to follow, fun, and even have low impact variations. I have interacted with several personal trainers over the years and none have compared to Regina. Hands down the best in the business!!!

I have been scammed but something that says it's from healthy living fitness. They took $67 out of bank account. I don't subscribe or do anything with healthy living fitness. I have tried to call the number provided and it immediately hangs up.
