This community-style acupuncture center is located in the previous spot of Pin and Tonic. Herb and Legend is a great way to experience acupuncture for the first time. They have everything from moxibustion and cupping, and the staff is amazing!

Melati helped me with my pregnancy after I have been experiencing regular pregnancy loss. I worked with her and also a team of physicians and it was a great combo. I saw her weekly throughout the pregnancy and cannot recommend her enough. She is highly professional, kind, and works wonders

I absolutely love the vibe of the space and the have had such a great experience with the practitioners. Melati truly has been working some magic and I am so glad to have found H&L. I had been working through some chronic issues already, but when I injured my knee skiing, she has used her practice to help get me moving again, becoming an integral part of my physical therapy process. I feel completely safe and comfortable, and look forward to my weekly visits. Thanks for everything!

Dr. Melati and her staff are amazing. They take the time to learn about your needs, and make sure you are comfortable and experiencing success with the treatment. I was so scared of acupuncture and finally tried it out here, and I am so so glad I did. The services are very affordable and you can also buy a range of supplements/creams etc. One stop shop! I have been visiting Dr. Melati for a couple of years now to help improve low moods, hormone balancing, digestion, and sleep. Melati is extremely knowledgeable about the best remedy for what's challenging me during my visits. And her technique is so gentle. At times I wonder if she's even put a needle in yet. I always come out of my session feeling grounded with a deep sense of calm and peace. The Herb + Legend office space is blissful, and she's done a fantastic job of creating a community space that is comfortable and relaxing.

The atmosphere is calming and peaceful; Dr. Melati is very knowledgeable and the acupuncture and cupping treatments have really provided healing and relief. I've worked with Channing for FST and she has magic hands with massage/movement. This is a great spot for self-care.

I love this place. I work in the trades and manage a few different longtime injuries. You can schedule up to one hour (many times) before for community acupuncture. Also, $55 for the first visit and $35 for subsequent visits is an insane price for this type of service. Most of the time I’m in the community room by myself. That’s because more people NEED to know about this place. Can’t recommend enough. Easy easy easy online scheduling with many available times.
