Spoke with the owner and she would not honor nor discount my package from January of 2020 when Covid hit. As a small business owner you would think she would try to keep loyal returning customers but nope. Not only did she miss out on me a customer but also 2 referrals. Oh well!

I like the services offers and customer service received. Even though I seen staff clean after clients, they need a deep professional cleaning! Also some items should be updated like back pillow on colon machine and stained heating pad!

Bad customer service, i got an product come to find out the product i gotten that they told me would work, wasn’t what i was looking for, i should have really took my time to read the product before i got it but because i was in the rush i come to find out while giving it to my friend that it wasn’t the right product, i went to return the product and it was open at all! And within 7 days to return i was in the 6 days mark, lost story short the lady that was working there couldn’t do my return because she couldn’t do it! She was very nasty to me and wasn’t trying to hear me out so she called the supervisor and what was told i had to come back tomorrow to get the return, i feel like to have an business you need someone to know how to do returns for customers not wait til next day! While on the phone with supervisor she talked over me and wasn’t trying to hear me out! Just make sure the product u getting is the right one so you won’t have to deal with the disrespect
