I went to Sandy in August and i have to tell you she is very unprofessional, not talented and does not know anything about customer service... I arrived at her office and door were closed! She finally arrived 10 minutes late in her pajamas and shopping bags in hand, and welcomed me to a hot and stuffy room with no AC in the middle of August... she seemed in rush and did not wait for the numbing cream to work, she started working on me without being completely numbed and put me in so much pain. Not knowing the precessure I thought this was normal. She realized I was in so much pain but still continued without offering numbing cream or extra time to wait for the cream to work. I kept explaining about the way i like my eyeliner shape/color and her quick response was "i know" "i know". The final results came out horrible after the area was healed. she mentioned I should not be losing lashes and I still did lose most of my lashes after this treatment. The drawing pell off leaving no color behind. I can´t explain how much pain I went through during her work. There was no explanation from her for after care steps. After all I asked her to cancel my touch up session and asked for a refund... she mentined she has retired and don´t take new clients!! I had clearly mentioned I am not a new client and you did work on my face in August. I´ve texted her and mentioned I´m taking you to small claim court and her response was "do whatever you want to do crazy F* " ... I have documented all her communications and took pictures of her sloppy job. I´m taking legal actions on her although this will cost me legal fees just because I want to prevent this from happening to others... such people don´t deseve to be in business and should not put people´s health at risk... (I have to tell you I went to a professional salon this time and they had to fix her sloppy work. The same process took 2.25 hrs at this salon with minimal to no pain what so ever. Now I am convinced even more that she does not know what she is doing)

I bought a package of $700 for 5 treatments. The merchant does not have a public office. It is a private place instead. Each time you go there you have to make an appt before going. I had the first 4, and once she missed appointment without any apology.
I had a very bad experience with the fifth one. I tried to contact her numerous times by phone call or text message, she never replied. I tried to contact her 2 months ago. I still have not had the last treatment in the package.

The place is highly unrecommended. the owner is quite unprofessional.

The owner of this establishment, Sandy Tan, routinely spends most of her time trolling, gaslighting and sending threats to people on the internet, esp on news sites. Her facebook is full of memes targeting black folks, white folks and other Asian folks, especially ones who speak Cantonese.

My wife had a horrible experience with Sandy. If she'd spent even a little more effort on her work, rather than being an internet troll, we'd give her something other than 1 star!
