This location has gone into the gutter. I used to be a loyal customer for years, but everytime I go, it takes forever, yes there is online but in person should be quality customer service, I'm the only one in the walk in lobby, there is no reason it should take 20+ minutes to be taken care of. The staff is slow and lazy.

Do NOT go here n if u do PLEASE READ UR RECEIPTS because they will rip u off!! Make sure u read ur receipt before u tip!! They Have forgotten items in my order multiple times even after “looking” in the bag AND repeating the order. Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Last manager Bianca who “helped” me gave me my total I would be charged on dutchie verbally and then charged me an additional $10. After coming here n working here for years I just took her word so I guess that’s on me for not double checking. I can’t believe I still tipped. Oh and if u call in and do get them Bianca will just argue with u. Super unprofessional. I understand you’re selling weed but you still need to learn some customer service skills! Really need to hire better, more attentive staff. This place has gone downhill.. DONT use Dutchie pay if u don’t want to be ripped off!

I like the products so far. The service is good for the most part.

I don’t like that sometimes I don’t get my cents in change back or I’m asked if I want it but as if it’s basically nothing.

I have noticed people a bit stressed over the layout but it’s not that bad. I think Dutchie is the bigger pain (I’ve noticed online issues with other places too though.) When placing orders online, sometimes the total changes afterwards and the discounts don’t work; I tried checking out once as a guest and that fixed it. I also cannot access my rewards points online at all so that sucks. I’m never asked in person if I wanna use them like I used to at a previous dispo.

I’ll keep going back as long as there aren’t any major bug ups though.

The deals are great and the flower is good it’s why I’m even back here but the reviews are correct the setup for walk in and online ordering is terrible and needs an update more often then not my online orders are cancelled or never received on their end I have tried ordering through all 3 sites they use for online ordering with a long enough wait time I don’t think the customer friendly or professional solution is to tell the customer to either replace the order or go as a walk in after waiting 15 minutes in the online order line with a confirmation just to wait another 20 minutes in the walk in line very unorganized and inconsiderate of customers time I didn’t place an online order to wait with time I didn’t have.

Used to love this place until today. Did an online order, picked it up and went home with no incident. Open up my cart to see an air POCKET, not bubble, but literal pocket of air. Called them about it, girl who answered had a bad attitude, and told me to just come in for a warranty swap. I arrived and was treated like a "walk-in" which is fine. Did the warranty swap, was walking to my car in the parking lot when I thought I better check before I just leave. So I open it up, and find ANOTHER air POCKET. I walk back to walkin checkon, and ask to speak to a manager. "V" *the manager* at first was nice when asking what the issue was, and when I started explaining, she kept trying to over talk me, act like it was my first time buying there and treated me like I was too dumb to know what I was talking about. Instead of trying to make it right, she just kept trying to fight me and act like there was nothing she could do. I asked to get a FULL product since I paid for one and she basically just said I should greatful she even took the time to help me, but I wouldn't be getting what I paid for. I know what an air bubble is vs an air pocket. In the end they did give me a credit, but that was only after I wouldn't back down from wanting a full product.
