I like the fact that this HerbMart is in close vicinity of my residence. I have compared certain products brand prices with other stores vitamin products. I also like that when l don't want to wait for an Amazon product. I can grab a product immediately at this location.

The only negative is certain males... High School behavior with an ego boost several times after entering the store. This has been displayed right at 2-years. It has reached annoying. I prefer the Manager steps in because it is more appropriate after being mentioned.

There is no interest or attraction, but just outright unprofessional behavior for this store setting. It's not a Bar, but a HealthMart. Thanks 🙏🏾.

I've shopped at Herb Mart for years and they are always friendly and helpful. It's hard to remember where everything is as they carry a multitude of products: supplements, groceries, frozen food, nuts, drinks, snacks, personal/ beauty aids, essential oils and even some pet products.
Keep up the great work!!🙂👍✌️

I hate this location. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one person "Forest" and the other staffs just looks at you and carry on about what they were doing. As you start shopping you're asked are you looking for something. Not even 5 mins of being in the store you're being followed around by this big heavy bald guy. If you go to one aisle he follows you onto the next aisle and ask you are you good. He's very very rude and short with you. I was looking for an product and I couldn't find it so I saw an employee by the name of Forest who was attending to another customer. I waited very patiently for him to finish with the customer he was helping to ask my question. As I waited the heavy bald guy comes up to me and before I could say anything Forest told him I needed help with finding an item. So I told him I needed help with looking for two items and he rudely pointed to one item I was looking for and I asked him about the other item and he said it's right there with an annoying look on his face. It's very uncomfortable to shop here when you're constantly being followed around by the heavy bald guy. The whole experience is not pleasant at all being that's my first time shopping there. Apparently people have been stealing out of there and they treat certain people of color that comes in there as thieves, especially the big heavy guy. And he makes it obvious he's following you and it shouldn't be that way. Every person of color that comes in there is not stealing or wanting to. They do have cameras so I'm not understanding why make your customers feel uncomfortable as soon as they walk in the door. This is very tacky and very unprofessional to do anyone that walks thru that door. If this was my business every face would be greeted and treated fairly upon walking in my place of business. This also makes the business looks bad. It only makes a bold statement about the business and the people who works there. I hope the owner fix this and this never happens to ANYONE.

Shopped here several times. Pros: The Staff are always helpful. Cons: Some items are more pricey such as Alive Vitamins when compared to Walmart, Target, or other online retailers. Updated review: Thanks for responding! I checked and you are right. Big store retailer formula is different.

The employees are knowledgeable and nice. Alex is super friendly and engaging and assists you with an "I enjoy my job attitude."

I love it, we went in for the first time I only wish to have more money to spend... The staff is so friendly and helpful, the store is clean the prices are accessible 🙏🏻🫶🏻🥰🙌🏻 Thank God for a little place like this bc we are seriously sick of ultra process fake foods and contaminated everything... Can't wait to go back 🙏🏻❤️

I usually go here or to there location in Plano. Most of the staff are gregarious.
