My wife use to go to NRC before they closed. So it was nice when we found this place. It resembles NRC a little bit, being small, kinda quiet and never a ton of people in there. Plus they can usually keep items stocked, a big issue with bigger places like flavors. But what really irritates me and pushed me to write this was while buying a $50 gift certificate for Christmas, they charge an extra $4 on top of the $50. I just think that's tacky and unprofessional. You have already have $50 guaranteed whether a person brings the certificate in or not.

I had a great experience I came in on Friday August 23 2024 and was super scared because I usually order online at the cookies store in Modesto but unfortunately the store is temporarily closed so I had to resort to going to the store and shopping. I was instantly met with kindness and excitement from the manager but not just the manager the other employee working that morning . It was so nice I wasn’t worried at all and had a great conversation and time in the store ! I will definitely be coming back! And those rewards tho!!!?amazing rewards program!

This is my absolute favorite store. The staff, including security are always so respectful, kind, friendly and funny. I never really know what I want. All I have to do is just kind of give him an idea and come home happy with my product.10/10 recommend
