First visit was great, but my pharmacy is saying one of the medications wasn’t put through. I called yesterday and I called today. Nobody has called me back. Please give me a call. Thanks……. And to your response below. I called twice during office hours as well over a couple day period.

I was initially satisfied with this practice, but recent experiences have me seriously concerned. My provider vanished without notice, leaving me unable to refill essential medication. After weeks of unanswered calls, a receptionist finally mentioned my provider was on vacation and booked me with someone else.

My husband, also a patient, faced the same issue. When he called to book with the new provider, he learned they'd soon be leaving the practice – important information for patients! After sharing this, the receptionist accessed my account without authorization and canceled both our appointments, violating my privacy. This disorganization and disregard for confidentiality are unacceptable.

Very very unprofessional. I've been trying to get a hold of these people for weeks. No return. I called spoke to the guy who answer the phone to let them know that I had a trip to the ER due to a seizure that one of the medications caused. He said he will let the provider know and never got back to me. They didn't care about that. All they cared about is that i didn't show up to the appointment which i know damn well I cancelled. On top of that he wanted me to pay $300 dollars lol I will definitely will be reporting this business for negligence. Because all of the sudden the provider is not available. And the guy was very sketchy he hung up the phone multiple times and was very argumentive. They wont be getting a single penny from me! Run far away. I thought this was a good practice but something tells me to beware and look elsewhere. Now I have to go through withdrawals and hope that I don't have another seizure because im about to be out of my medication.

Zach from the front desk is incredibly rude. He never answers customers actual questions and just repeats himself. If he doesn’t like the questions you ask, he hangs up on you. He is your only point of contact before getting to Sonia and apparently doesn’t know how to use the practice’s portal so he misses multiple messages and calls, failing to respond and ensure your prescription will be refilled.

Also, my CVS pharmacy requests for refills are NEVER answered and I often go days without medication.

Finally, meetings only last five minutes. They are held to simply to charge you, not to actually inform your health care.

For the love of god, fire Zach.

Terrible customer service and lack of communication by Zach. Don’t expect returned faxes, emails, or phone calls; certainly don’t expect any type of resolution to an issue.
