I have been seeing Stephanie virtually for about 2-3 years now. She is absolutely amazing at her job. I have seen many therapists during my mental health journey. None of them ever gave me a plan or a guide on how to navigate my mental health struggles. Sephanie is the first one I've been completely honest about everything with because I feel comfortable with her. She's not judgemental about my struggles at all. She's gotten me on the right regime of medication and now I am thriving. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I would say that she is somewhat Christian based however as a member of the LGBTQI community she does not push a Christian agenda and I can speak freely and openly cuss words and all! This woman has seen me through my lowest points and is now watching me spread my wings and fly. ?
She does way more than just therapy. Life coaching, yoga, RISE women retreat, and more!

Stephanie was my preceptor for my final course in my PMHNP program. After I finished my FNP program I felt drawn to psych and I knew there was a need, so I signed up for a PMHNP program. It was not until I completed Stephanie's butterfly program that I realized I had my own unhealed traumas that were playing a part into my emotions today. It was a very simple 7-step program; however, it was an eye-opener to why I feel the way I do with certain things and how I can work on changing those emotions. I look forward to going through her rise program. I know it will be beneficial to me as a new grad!

Patient-wise, Stephanie was always caring to her parents and always tried to meet her patients where they were at mentally. She listened to their concerns and tried to help them to the best of her ability. It was very refreshing to follow her! I have had bad experiences with other providers who only pushed medications, but Stephanie cares about a holistic approach that goes far beyond just medications. Anyone who goes to her will be in great hands.
