I woke up crying with pain. =-( (and let me tell ya...I've had four children AND kidney stones, so I'm not a wimp) I had awful neck pain resonating up into my face and head. I wasn't sure what to do. The pain was so intense I considered going to the ER. Advil and Aleve didn't even touch the pain. A friend suggested I see Dr. Holt. He found that my neck and back needed adjusting. I was in a pretty bad way...but somehow within a two and a half week span he had me improved. It's a month later and the intense pain is gone. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to be this much better. I will be seeing Dr. Holt for maintenance on this spine of mine. I never want to got through that pain again!
