I have been working with Kimberly for 4 years now. I always look forward to our sessions and leave motivated to continue with my exercise regimen. Kimberly is great at adapting each session to both immediate needs and long term goals. I am a golfer and at my last session I was scheduled for a regular workout but when I complained about discomfort in my shoulder she spent the entire session focused on that shoulder. The next day I was able to play golf and went on to win the three day tournament. Kimberly is not only my PT and trainer, she is my friend.

I have loved working with Kimberly! I am a single mother and work full time in a high stress office. I came to Kimberly to help address muscle issues with my Essential Tremor condition. Being out of shape and frankly, a bit over weight I was nervous about what to expect. Kimberly walked me through incremental steps to help address my concerns in a specific and gentle manor . She made it possible for me to increase areas of nutrition that would help with my over all concerns. Kimberly is kind, compassionate, but most of all she is knowledgeable and wise with her advice and skill. I have meet with her in person and done zoom calls and I would say there is almost nothing that Kimberly cannot help with. She is fantastic! I would absolutely recommend Kimberly regardless of your health goals or limitations!

I took a rebounding class with Dr. Kimberly this afternoon. I was anxious about it before the class but stepped up on the rebounder (with a handle) just in case! The class was terrific! Everyone was encouraged to go at their own pace, stop if needed, drink water, and get back on when ready. I found inner strength to keep going and thoroughly enjoyed the 30 minutes of constant moving. Truly exhilarating! I would urge everyone to try it and see if it's for you. The benefits are many; it works your core, may help bone density, stimulates the lymphatic system to flush toxins, and helps you with balance and coordination.
TRY IT, Dr. Kimberly is a treasure!

Kimberly is so knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients! She goes the extra mile to make sure you have the tools for success!! Juice Plus is a game changer and taking my vitamins has never been easier and so yummy!! Her tower garden is definitely on my “ must have” list and the recipes she shares are heathy and delicious!!
