Awesome gym! Overall, it was a great gym experience. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights, making it suitable for various fitness levels and training goals. There is plenty of cardio, and the strength training area is well-stocked with dumbbells, barbells, and machines targeting every muscle group.

This is a great gym with some of the most friendly staff I’ve come across. Matt, who mainly works in the morning, is excellent and has a wealth of knowledge. I’ve also met some really friendly people at this gym. The atmosphere is great! I’ve gone through many mesocycles here, and there is enough equipment to mix it up and hit every muscle group if you want. Tanning bed / Sauna is a bonus!

This gym is small, but the atmosphere makes up for it. If you are a beginner or just getting started on your fitness journey, come here. Open 24 hrs, plenty of equipment to get a full body workout, and everybody that goes to this gym so not judge you for getting started. There is also a mix of people during all hours. Men, women, young adults, and I've even seen some kids working out with their parents. Check them out.

This place is so clean! All the equipment a bodybuilder could want - and competitive athletes too. Staff is genuine, friendly and extremely helpful. Seem like people with real integrity. It’s clear that a lot of time and effort has been put into this space to make it feel like a home, like a lady could get comfortable. For the value, the price can’t be beat. The sauna is CUSTOM MADE Looking forward to building here.

I was in town for work and came here twice to workout that week. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and this gym is pristine! Tons of machines, racks, grips and free weights. Seems perfect for everyone from beginner to experienced gym goers. Will be back whenever I'm in town again!

Pretty nice gym. Easy to access anytime. Easy to share the equipments, even during peak times. They maintain it neatly. Have good combination of equipments.

Best gym in the area for sure! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great equipment and sauna. Everything a person could need to get in shape! 10/10 would recommend
