I started my 5-year-old son at Ideal Martial Arts back in October 2023, and it has been a wonderful experience. My son has been having fun during class and seems to enjoy the experience. I've been impressed with how the Masters expertly maintain an energetic environment that keeps the children engaged and wanting to learn new skills, while ensuring they are having fun too. There is a great balance between discipline and fun. All the Masters are fantastic at working with young kids and are so encouraging. My sons been coming here since February and the experience has been the best I could have hoped for. He tried another studio and it was nothing compared to our experience with Ideal.

The masters here at Ideal treat the kids with respect, which teaches them to respect others along with many other positive values and disciplines.

The classes are a perfect fit for the age groups in terms of length and physicality.

Can’t imagine doing martial arts at another school after our experience here!

My son joined a few months ago. We had tried soccer and baseball but he seemed disengaged and never looked forward to playing these sports. From the first class at Ideal Martial Arts he was so excited to return. All the Masters are knowledgeable and skilled. They know how to engage the students in a way that is fun while providing enough structure and discipline to support their individual skill growth. They have excellent management of their classes and treat each student and family with respect and kindness.

Our daughter joined the classes at 4 years old, she is now 5 and we can see some amazing skills she's taking home each class. Not only has this been great for her social skills, but it has also helped her focus at home + have some more control over her overall balance. She is excited even a year later, to go to class every week! Master Van and Master Nick are amazing instructors and would definitely recommend this studio!!
