Insight Wellness Works provided Cooking Demo's for our Fire Rescue Team. The staff here are quick to respond, provided adequate content that will continue to be used by the Fire Department at the various stations. They went above and beyond and even brought in their own "healthy snacks" they made at home for the different stations to try. Working with this business was delightful, and I received nothing but positive feedback from our Fire Fighters and Rescue teams. Insight Wellness Works was a professional and awesome team of workers who have background knowledge in various fields, and whenever we had a demo, they provided their knowledge on the subject matter and if they did not know an answer, by the next demo they had that answer. I would highly recommend working with Insight Wellness Works, as I know, in the future, I will be working with them for sure!

This was a wonderful experience with caring and motivated leaders! We used the Zumba classes and they were a blast, so much so that we booked an entire month for our employees.
