I absolutely love this gym. It being open 24 hours really works with my schedule. Everyone who goes there actually works out and aren’t just sitting on the machines like other gyms. The boxing area and sauna are a plus! I would definitely recommend to others.

EDIT: Issue was fixed, but there are inconsistencies with the app, so exercise with caution. Be sure to purchase the day pass the DAY OF your exercise. Their app also says that you need to pay a $30 maintenance fee. YOU DONT IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A DAY PASS. Once they fix their app inconsistencies, this is a solid place to workout. And the best way to contact this business is to text them from their number on their google website. There is no one in the front desk to answer your questions.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: DO NOT BUY A DAY PASS. Online it says that the pass is good for 24 hours after purchase. That was definitely a lie. I purchased it the night before so that I can be motivated to go to the gym the morning of.

NOPE. It ate up my purchase and I had to get a new one that day if I wanted to go in. NO WHERE did it say it was only available for that day.

Easily the best gym I've been to in the Turlock Area. I made some of my best gains here. Plenty of equipment for anything you would need. Every member and staff I interacted with were so real and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

I've been coming to Insomia Gym for several months now, and I can confidently say that it stands out from any other gym in town. The gym has all the equipment one would need, catering to a diverse range of workout preferences. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or kick boxing exercises, Insomia has it.

As someone who has explored various gyms in the area, Insomia Gym is the clear winner in terms of cleanliness, equipment variety, and accessibility being open 24/7.

Great gym, great environment, super positive people! Great place to work out and my favorite part is that it’s a 24 hour gym. Go in late at night and have the gym all to yourself. And with insomnia meals, you can have a great post workout meal. Staff isn’t there to physically pay for your meal? You can easily pay through the Venmo app. Highly recommend joining this 24 hour gym💪🤌

Nice and small gym! Open 24 hours, the key pad to open the back door is tricky and sometimes doesn't work at all, which can be inconvenient. During busy hours its packed with shirtless guys and can be hard to get a workout in. There's usually plenty of room with decent options non busy times.
I know several people who don't have a membership but go in and are never caught. They walk in, workout, and leave without anyone noticing since no one is there to regulate who comes in. Some cleaning products to wipe machines down but most dont use them and people leave weights laying around. Theres never employees most days but the owner and trainers are very kind/ helpful. I enjoyed my time with this gym during covid as this was one of the only places open. The new location should be awesome and hopefully will have better regulations for cleaning, employees, and paying customers. I may get another membership with them once the new location opens up. One small reason I ended my membership ( which cost a $60 fee) is because I was paying every month but I know way too many people who go for free. I liked this gym though!

If you like that small gym environment with old equipment and the vibe of just get big great place to workout. On the other hand their billing system will take your money and never contact you back when it was their fault. Took over 200 dollars and said they would fix it but never did. Thanks for the love especially to the active military. That was a sarcastic thanks.

I missed a payment due to lack of funds. They sent an email telling me my membership was canceled. When I did have money in my bank account months later, they charged me full price for the month and all the months before. I called on the phone. They told me that the class I was paying for hadn't existed for months, would not refund the difference, and sent me a cancelation form. The form told me it would charge me the full price for the next month. The membership agreement does not say anywhere that it would take 30 days to cancel my membership. Awful, scummy, scam gym. Seems ok if you never want to cancel your membership ever.
