It was a very beautiful experience to practice yoga with Okha. Okha made me feel very supported, grounded with my body by creating a calm environment to practice. I appreciated Okha for checking in with me throughout the practice and getting consent to touch me to make adjustments. I would recommend taking a yoga class with Okha.
