I love the old equipment at this place even though it is a little outdated. I like the way that the owners are always improving on the equipment and the gym. The staff is very friendly. I wish they would updat their dumbbell rack. All in all, it is a nice place to workout.

I got the day pass to try out this gym. Unfortunately, it seemed like the AC was off. I started sweating and feeling like I was suffocating. I had to cut my reps short. Also, I went into the restroom and there was no soap on the ladies restroom so I took the bottle to the front desk and the staff member lady did not cared that I was there... she was too busy talking to two guys; when I got her attention she didn't even bother to look at me straight in the face nor take the empty bottle. I ended up going into the males restroom to wash my hands. I usually run 3-4 miles, but it was way too hot, no air circulating so I was only able to run for 15 minutes. As I left the gym I noticed the empty bottle of soap on the front desk counter and as I looked over the gym to lookout for the staff lady she was too busy counting the sets for another gentlemen (flirting). No Customer service at ALL! Too make it worse I ended up developing a heat rash. I will not recommend this gym for serious people who want to get their workout done, if you are looking for a hangout place, this will be it.

Loved this gym the owners and staff are very friendly always willing to help, they have lots of equipment. Only wish some of the equipment was a bit better, something they are are working on this week I saw some new machines. ^_^

Real solid gym, a mix of free weights and machines, real clean and spacious, normally a mix of outdoor and indoor facilities, friendly, helpful staff. And best part it’s open 24/7
