Started my 8 week challenge and have been recieving a lot of guidance and support. Had my first class with Rebecca and it was a great lesson. Rebecca did a great job of showing and demonstrating each exercise while encouraging us as we went along pushing us to work harder but not to the point of breaking. Definitely looking forward to training and growing here.

I love how Rebecca show you the proper way to hold the bar for hangs, snatches, choosing the proper weights with building. Great training skills for sure. She makes you feel comfortable. 💪🏽💕

All the coaches are great! Today's evening class was with Roque. He is always great and very patient. My shoulder is injured so, he scaled my WOD. Also, he plays good music as the DJ as well 😬 #TFM #IKG
