If you're looking for holistic and sustainable nutrition and wellness guidance - Jackie is the person for you!

I've searched far and wide from life coaches, to therapist, to online resources, and books for a way to build my foundation for healthy living. I really wanted someone who had the knowledge, the lived experience, the empathy, and the patience to guide me through all the information that is out there.

I came to Jackie feeling overwhelm by diet culture and nutritional myths. She took the time in each session to really understand my perspective and my challenges and gave me new perspectives and science based information to try on.

We worked together for about 2 months and since, she's help me build my foundation for what a healthy plate looks like, how healthy eating looks throughout a day/week/longer term, and what a healthy relationship with food looks like. She's also helped me better understand my PMS symptoms, and my overall mental wellbeing and has equipped me with ways science based information and methods to alleviate and heal.
