On March 11, 2018, my wife, daughter & I decided it was "time for a change" in our life. We met with Lindsey Reynolds, setup a workout schedule; then we were SWEPT away by her desire to help us with our nutrition decisions! So, not only were we setup with the ability to work out, but we were shown how to take care of our nutritional values! It has been the BEST EXPERIENCE! Thank you, Lindsey & Margie!!! I'm been with Jagged Edge a few months now, its got everything one needs to get ur cardio and strength training done. It has a good vibe, is rarely busy during the day, good location and easy parking too. I would highly recommend Jagged Edge to both the novice or experienced fitness person.
