Jayme has helped me realize the power my body has to heal itself. Just recently I was stressing over something I had little control over and got the worst pain in my left shoulder. This is an area we had worked on before, so I took several deep breaths and decided instead of feeling the fear of not being able to do something, I was going to take control of what I could control and not close my body off to the resources it has to handle the situation. This happened just 4 days ago and within 2 days the pain has subsided and I have opened myself up to letting my body take control of what it does best...since it has better sense on what resources it needs! I would highly reccomend going to see Jayme for a better way to deal with pain and stress!!
