Whether it's for athletics, functional fitness, or mobility, Jen Wood delivers! I've had the blessing of working with Jen both pre- and post-pandemic. Pre-pandemic, I worked with her both in classes and private lessons for a couple of years and achieved a level of functional fitness that I had previously not been able to achieve on my own. This fitness had the added benefit of weight loss!

During the pandemic, I had lost a lot of functional fitness and mobility for various reasons, and she has been currently helping me to literally get back on my feet. I can now walk and hike again after at least two years of not being able to do so as a means of fitness. I feel stronger all the time and have every belief that she will help me get back to my pre-pandemic shape. She has provided me with at-home targeted exercises, helped me develop a home workout routine, and provides constant encouragement and suggestions both in and out of our sessions. I am so incredibly grateful for what she does and who she is, and don't know what I would do without her.

I was grateful to take private lessons with Jen as part of my training regime to climb Mt Shasta. I had never taken a pilates class before and Jen made me feel so very comfortable by her instruction. She taught me many new techniques on how to use my body more efficiently not only in her studio or on the mountain, but in every day life. Jen is a gem with a heart of gold!!!
