For years I have struggled with indigestion and related issues such as bloating and lethargy related to the food I ate. I've known for a while that I needed to make a change in my diet, but I lacked the tools to actually take the necessary steps. I would try to eat healthier, but I didn't seem to get many results.

Consulting with Jenny fixed these problems in a matter of 2 weeks. Her knowledge of nutrition is very impressive, and she is an expert at leveraging her knowledge to offer specific advice to people with unique dietary needs. For example, I have known for sometime that I was lactose intolerant, which Jenny took into account when designing my meal plan.

Her meal plans eliminated all of the common allergens, some of which I had no idea about. She managed to do this while providing recipes that are actually very tasty and nutritious, something I was concerned about prior to seeing her. She is also an excellent cook, as demonstrated by her recipes and the combinations of spices and herbs that she recommends. Ask about the buckwheat salad and the Thai chickpea curry!

I have not been sick once in the last two weeks, which was my main goal. Furthermore, I have experienced the unexpected benefit of feeling energized after eating, rather than tired and bloated. This has significantly improved my quality of life.

I was so fortunate to get connected with Jenny through work colleagues.

Before my first appointment I was a bit skeptical about learning anything new. As a person who does a lot of research & loves to soak up new facts, I thought I knew everything there was to know about eating right. Yet I would beat myself up because I'd constantly ignore the guidance in my head. I repeatedly failed (to lose weight & make smart choices) because I simply would not 'walk the walk.'

But Jenny has taught me to step back and stop over-complicating things. I know now that I was fooled by a lot of facts (some antiquated) that circulated in my brain about nutrition. With her guidance I tossed some of my preconceived notions and made room for new, clearer & simpler nutrition data.

Jenny has opened my eyes to a new way of recognizing healthy food choices. I shared with her my interest in resource conservation & sustainability and I've learned more about the connection between good food choices & a healthy planet. That has helped me be more invested in the choices I make about what I put in my mouth!

Also, I've been practicing slowing down and being more present while I eat. This is tough, but Jenny's caring & positive approach is so appreciated and helpful.
