Had a fantastic session with Dr Josh that was both healing and informative. He gave me a lot of tips on how to improve my body mechanics to decrease stiffness and muscle inflammation. He also pointed out some problem areas I wasn't even aware of that are causing me to have overcompensation in the wrong muscles! Super friendly guy!

Dr. Joshua is a great chiropractor - he is more than a back-cracking specialist 🙂 I've been coughing for a few months and all of my medical doctors told me I had allergies. During my first visit with him, he pushed on a spot near my ribcage and told me I might have acid reflux - which I'd never heard before. I went home and got an incline pillow and some Tums - and amazingly, my lingering cough went away! Thank you Dr. Joshua - I'll be back soon for another appointment.

Dr. Pollack is the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I went to Joshua Tree Chiropractic because of severe lower back pain. He accurately assessed all of the areas that I needed adjusted and explained why I was having problems. It impresses me that after each visit I gain more range of motion and feel better. I have had the spinal adjustments and I have had cupping for my shoulders. Both services helped significantly. Additionally, Dr. Pollack is charismatic, he has a bright smile, and a cheerful attitude. He is suited for this career in skill, knowledge, passion, and personality.

Today was the third session I had with Dr. Pollack. I went to him because I was tired of having so much pain that it interfered with my daily life. I can honestly say in a short time, 3 sessions I feel 60-70 % better. In fact while walking my dog I expected to have a labored walk but in fact it was the opposite. I will continue with sessions with him because the exercises and advice and discussions are extremely beneficial. He is also very witty and clever, and extremely personable. I love that he uses different types of approaches that resonate with me. I highly recommend Dr. Pollack for adjustments and understanding the causes of pain and it’s effect on other parts of the body.

Dr. Pollack is very attentive and listens to what is needed and suggests what needs to be implemented. He's very skilled at adjustments and alleviating tightness, has a great work ethic, personable and just a great doctor. His office is also very clean and he sees patients in a timely manner.
