Priya is very knowledgeable in her field. The workouts she designed were age appropriate. During the session Priya provided step by step instructions as we worked our upper and lower bodies. She consistently checked to ensure that we were aligned properly while doing the workouts. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed, I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Priya .
