The program works but with the lack of being able to speak with someone who can answer pertinent questions and with so many changes in the process for obtaining the semaglutide, I am quite disappointed to say the least. I left voicemail after voicemail with member services asking for an update to the questions I had. They said that a clinician would be calling me but that never happened. I decided to sign back up because I know the program works and had complete confidence in JumpStart MD. The clinician advised me that the semaglutide now being offered is half the strangth of the previous semaglutide they offered so my dosage would need to be doubled but that this is taken into consideration for the amount of medication I would be receiving - meaning that the vial should still last me at least 2 months. Based on the amount of semaglutide in the vial I received, it could last me 10 weeks. The problem is that the label on the vial says to discard the medication after 28 days (4 weeks). Interesting the the clinician handed me a paper to sign. I saw 40 units on the paper in big writing but should have read that paper top to bottom before signing. Over $700 later, I'm not sure if I made a mistake re-joining the program at this point. On top of everything, I was charged for a partial membership fee I did not owe. I was told that the charge was voided and that I was never charged (as I stare right at the charge waiting for it to fall off!) Was it a red flag that no one ever called me back to answer my questions or is the ratio of staff compared to those who have signed now so big that they cannot provide excellent customer service? I gave them the benefit of the doubt the last time I joined and we had communication issues. Seems like the norm at this point. For the price I have paid, I am very disappointed to say the least.

I lost 30 pounds in 4 months and dropped my blood pressure 20 points working with JumpstartMD! I started working with my health coach, Julia, in mid April after losing some weight on my own and then hitting a plateau. Julia customized a food program that allowed me to maintain an active lifestyle and have "cheat days" on weekends and at social events without sabotaging my goals. I have always found calorie counting to be tedious and not very effective, so I was excited to try a different approach focused on food quality and the balance of macro nutrients. I couldn't have improved my health so drastically and so quickly without the knowledge and support from Julia and JumpstartMD!

The staff at JumpstartMD is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the most successful weight loss program I have ever used. It can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

They administered double the amount of hormones that I needed. Kaiser Doctor reviewed my situation and said that I had as much testosterone in my system as a 25 year old male (I’m 76). Be very careful with BHT
