The birth center has been a WONDERFUL experience! From prenatal appointments monthly/weekly prior to birth, and throughout labor and birth, the midwives at Juneau Family Birth Center are amazing! They provide timely information and guidance throughout pregnancy without overwhelming you, and listen to your questions/concerns with respect to your personal decisions. They were clear on what to expect during birth, and made sure me and baby were safe and healthy throughout. They continued to take care of us after birth as well, with quick and responsive communication. So thankful to have these wonderful women by my side! Thank you, midwives!

If you are looking for a caring team of women who truly listens and takes time each visit to educate and support you (at least 30 minutes every time!) then look no further. I felt that my baby and I were safe with them during my whole pregnancy and delivery. My birth experience was very positive and Joelle was there coaching me through contractions and telling me I could do it. I'm very grateful for them and recommend them highly.

Everything about the care at the Juneau Family Birth Center was amazing! I've had all three of my kids with the support of JFBC, each with very different but amazing experiences. My oldest was born in the hospital with the support of their midwives, my next was born in the birth center, and my third was a home birth with their attendance. I highly recommend, that whatever your birth plan may look like, that you include the amazing team at Juneau Family Birth Center.

Our experience during our youngest son’s birth at Juneau Birth Center was beyond any expectations. They were caring, assuring, and in general very loving people. I really appreciated the care I received at the Juneau Birth Center. The atmosphere is so lovely, peaceful, and cleanly. I felt supported and that the midwives truly cared about me and my baby. The midwives provided me with great information and always thoroughly answered my questions. If you have felt reluctant or nervous about a birth at a birth center, I would really encourage you to go talk to them and visit the center. Thank you so much for being there for us ?
