I absolutely love this studio, I’m new to yoga and they have been so welcoming. I enjoy each class so much! They offer a 3 week intro that you can follow by an adorable memberships. Trying new things can be intimidating but this is the best place to start.

Great environment & schedule for static & dynamic classes taught in a very clean facility. High quality instructors provide great sessions with education. Ownership/management is open to private sessions for children, our sons very much enjoy the instruction.

Nice small hot yoga studio. I have taken 3 classes so far. I find the "just flow" classes more appealing than the just26 class because of, well, the flow. The just26 class seemed too disjointed for my tastes. That's just a personal perspective and not any indication of the quality of the instruction. The first month price is very reasonable. The only detracting feature, or lack of, is that there are no showers. As someone who sweats a lot for a long time after a class, it would be nice to rinse off and cool down after the class.

Love this studio! The classes are challenging and sometimes fun 🤣 most classes are hot, with a few classes that are not. Marissa’s class is by far my favorite! Kristin is one of my favorite 26&2 instructors!

I have been to 4 classes at 2 locations with 2 instructors so I feel I got a good sample size and gave concluded that this is not the yoga studio for me. Cecelia Quinn is a terrible instructor for beginners. Does not show variations of poses, difficult to hear over her blasting music and very fast paced. At no point does she check on students to see if they are doing things correctly, I have left both her classes with a sore lower back and no idea what I'm doing wrong. Ashley Garrity was a bit better, at least walked around the class correcting form, demonstrated poses ad variations however, at a certain point I was feeling dizzy so I skipped a pose and was just resting, she came around and encouraged me to do the pose, told her I was resting in down dog and she tried to get me to do the pose again. I just went into child's pose because I don't need to explain my medial condition, if I need a rest, I need a rest, I'm listening to my body. There are literally hundreds of yoga studios and classes in the area, no need for me to waste any more of my time here.

I had to find a new hot yoga studio for my practice and was I lucky to pick this studio.

They are extremely nice and welcoming and helped me feel comfortable at a new studio I had never been to.

Room is nice and toasty and the instructors all seem excellent!

AMAZING STUDIO. Great prices & amazing smiles, teachers are very motivational and are always pushing little yogis to go further! Highly recommend!!! Come try your first 3 classes for only $15!
