Training with Kacy has been so rewarding thus far. I am truly happy with his training methods and approach to my specific goals. He continuously encourages me and I appreciate his honest feedback. He ensures that I am performing the exercises correctly and that my form is on point! Because of this, I have gain 4lbs of muscle and 3.5% of body fat. It’s a small amount, but a huge feat for me, considering I finally got off of my couch 2 months ago and I am now actively working out with Kacy 3x per week plus using my own gym during the week. I am more disciplined with food thanks to Kacy’s regimented meal plan. It helped me ditch fast food and cook at home more. It also has helped me become more mindful about what goes into my body daily. Per Kacy’s suggestion, I write down all of my exercises and reps so that I can refer to it at anytime or practice on my own. I can’t recommend Kacy enough! When I first started, I was pretty nervous and unsure about what I was doing in the gym. But thanks to the incredible guidance and encouragement from the Kacy and all the women here at the gym, I’ve grown so much—not just physically but mentally as well.

I started training with Kacy 4 months ago.
I found him through other online reviews. All of those positive reviews I read about him would end up being 100% true.
I had very little experience with weight training. I never imagined that one day I would be able to lift heavy. In the short amount of time that I have seen Kacy, my body fat dropped by 6%, my skeletal muscle mass went from 40.8 (extremely low) to now 47.4, AND I have gained 5 pounds of muscle. I have learned so much from Kacy about nutrition, correct form, and different ways on improving my strength. On days that I do not see Kacy, I am able to implement everything he has taught me in the gym. I finally do not feel intimidated using all of the different weights and machine you find at gyms.
His feedback is constructive, useful and positive. There is no fooling him. He can easily tell if you haven’t been properly eating and/if you are having an off-day. I feel so encouraged when other clients that have been training with him longer tell me that I am getting stronger. It’s great to know that others can see the progress I have made. The past several months has really strengthened me physically and mentally. I am so motivated to continue making progress. I recommend training with Kacy not only because of his knowledge and dedication to fitness, but also because of his outstanding character.

Choosing to train with Kacy has been one of the best decisions l've made in my fitness journey. I've only been working with him for 20 days, and I have already seen and felt more progress than I ever had with previous fitness routines. After only 11 days I was already down 4lbs and 4% body fat- im still in disbelief about that but, as you can see in the picture I included, the numbers speak for themselves! I give so much credit not just to his highly personalized and targeted workouts but to the tailored nutrition guide he set me up with. It's evident that Kacy has a solid knowledge base about the science of exercise.
He's not just helping me look good, he's also teaching me how to prioritize building strength and how to move safely. It's only been 20 days, I'm just getting started but I'm already confident that I'm going to crush my goals with Kacy's guidance.

I’ve been training with Kacy for about 5 months & have seen such a big difference. I’ve gained 5 lbs of muscle and lost 5% body fat and feel stronger than ever! What I love is that he adjusts the workouts according to your needs & will push you. There’s also a sense of community within Kacy’s clientele - I’ve grown to develop friendships with the other women who also train with kacy - it’s a fun & welcoming environment. The work will be challenging but it is so worth it & you willl see results when you train with Kacy.
