I have attended Kaia for a little over a year now. The coaches are extremely helpful, kind, and spunky. I finally enjoy my workouts because the coaches are good with mixing up the workouts. I am never bored and actually look forward to my workouts. If I don't feel like going to the gym because of the cold, I can livestream a workout. Kaia FIT Woodland also has a private Facebook page to keep me up to date on any challenges or events taking place. Great place to get fit and awesome coaches to keep you motivated.

Joining Kaia has been one of the best decisions I have made. Coaches are great and all workouts are different! Everyone encourages each other and the vibe is awesome! Love thos Kaia Tribe!

This place is freaking amazing! I found Kaia about 2 years ago and really liked the workouts. I live in Davis, and was going to Kaia Davis after a friend had found Kaia in another town. But I really had a personality conflict with one of the Davis coaches. So, that same friend recommended trying out Kaia Woodland and.... cue the angel's harpiscord music.... It was like coming home. This gym is sooo much more than a gym it's an AMAZING community of AMAZING women. From the owner to the coaches, to all of my awesome new friends, this place has become my sanctuary. Kaia has given me soo much more than just improved strength, confidence and energy. They push me, celebrate me and inspire me during every single workout. Not to mention I smile (& dance) and genuinely love going. Thank you Melika. Thank you Mallory. Thank you Carolyn. Thank you Kaia Woodland family. You have made my world a better place just by being in it.

This is an amazing gym for women. The energy and vibe from the women that currently work here and work out here is unmatchable, there is a true sister head and it is a judge free zone. You will have so much fun working out here that I won't even feel like you are at the gym, but the calories burned will definitely help with results.

Great place and community to come and workout! Everyone is super supportive and have a positive energy during workouts. I try and encourage all the ladies I know to join and try it out! I think at this point everyone is tired of me talking about how amazing this place is!

All of the instructors are knowledgable, supportive and encouraging! The classes have so much variety and the environment is really fun!
