I’ve been working with Katelyn for about 4 months now, and I’ve really enjoyed our workout sessions and the healthier life skills she has taught me. She does a good job of balancing compassion with correction when it comes to making healthier eating choices. Her gym also has a wide range of equipment, so you get to learn a large variety of work out techniques. I’d recommend her for anyone looking to transform themselves into a healthier person.

I was apprehensive when I met Katelyn because she's so young and I'm not...however, I feel she's an old soul in a cute, young body! It wasn't long before I realized that she was the perfect coach for me.
She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.
Her encouragement has given me such confidence.
I am pleased with my progress and although I have had to take the summer off, she's shown me how to continue to work on my own until I return in the fall. I feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I will continue to get good results and reach my goal.

I don’t have a gmail account so I’m using my fiancés’. I started working out with Katelyn about 6 months ago. In that time, she has been my biggest cheerleader, supporter, advocate and advisor. I have never been one to “work out” but I love my training sessions. I actually look forward to every session. The sessions are not easy but so worth it. I can see and feel my mind, attitude, and body changing for the better Katelyn definitely INSPIRES. I highly recommend her to everyone; she knows what she is doing. She is also very patient and makes me feel very comfortable to be around her.
