Dr. McKenna is the best primary care doctor I've been to in Arizona. She is professional and knowledgeable and actually takes time to get to know her patients and listen to their concerns. I've felt like just a number in other PCP offices I've gone to, and I've had to wait weeks to months before getting an appointment. With Dr McKenna I feel like it's a real partnership in figuring out my health challenges and making a plan. I've also never had to wait long to get appointments, sometimes I can even be seen on the same day. It's convenient and quality care and I recommend her to all my friends!

Myself, my husband and 3 children go to the Mesa location and I can't say enough good things about it! The staff are so friendly and caring and the doctors are absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and take the time to really get to root causes unlike allopathic Drs which just write a prescription and send you on your way. The membership is so worth it, so many free services such as sauna, adjustments, breathing treatments and follow ups to name a few, highly discounted services such as cupping, acupuncture and B12 shots. We have never had a doctors office that has treated us so kindly especially to my unvaccinated children which are usually treated like diseased freaks even though they are healthy thriving children. I can't recommend this place enough!

I have been a patient here for 5+ years & I have taken my baby here since birth as well. It’s awesome! Kristen Bishop is very thorough, knowledgeable, & I feel like she just really cares for her patients. The best thing about this place is that the 1st line of treatment is NATURAL & that is rare in today’s world. I find that it’s convenient that the office will take patients at any age, too. I recommend people here frequently because it’s a place that I trust w/ my own well-being & my daughter’s as well!

Update after my first visit to the new Chandler clinic Jan 26th:

The Chandler clinic is in a newer small medical park, easy access from 101/202. Plenty of parking. The Keystone office is immaculately maintained and very well organized and managed. Was greeted promptly after arriving and seen right away by the doctor. Blood draw was expertly done on site (same as Mesa), which I really appreciate instead of being sent to a 3rd party lab.

I've been going to Keystone for almost a year now and am absolutely thrilled with the results. I'm a big fan of Direct Primary Care, if you trust your doctor's judgment as much as I do, you don't want or need an insurance company in the middle dictating your treatment plan. I also can't say enough good things about Naturopathic medicine - why? It delivers results by addressing root causes instead of papering over symptoms.

My doctor is the Chandler Clinic Director, Dr. Katie Branch, NMD, and she has been the most effective GP I've ever had. As an example, I had a chronic sinus congestion issue for years that was misdiagnosed by several MDs, including two ENT specialists (one of whom wanted to perform surgery on my nose) and it steadily got worse until it was impacting my quality of life with headaches, dizziness, and repeated infections. Dr. Branch correctly determined the problem was gastric related, identified the food allergy triggers, and treated me for leaky gut, a condition I don't think traditional medicine even recognizes. The results were dramatic, within a month all of my symptoms were completely reversed.

I deeply appreciate Dr. Branch for all that she's done for me, she is friendly, personable, caring and really listens to her patients. It always feels like we're working together, and the results have been outstanding. I highly recommend Keystone Chandler and Dr. Katie Branch.

My experience at Keystone has been 100% positive. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and empathetic. Dr. Branch is an excellent physician and I couldn't be happier with the results since my wife and I started seeing her a few months ago. Instead of a typical MD that writes a flurry of prescriptions hoping that something might work, she undertakes a detailed, thorough analysis of the underlying root cause issues causing your symptoms and provides a methodical data driven plan to address the problems with you as a whole person in mind. Stated simply, she is a highly intelligent, kind and compassionate medical professional that you can absolutely trust. I wish I'd have started going to Keystone years ago.

We have been going to Keystone for 2 years now and absolutely love it. My son sees Dr Randahl and she has been so helpful with all things baby/kids. I also see her for my own stuff and she has helped my family tremendously. We moved out of state last year but continue to use them virtually. All of the staff is so friendly! So grateful that we found Keystone and highly recommend it! They are very reasonably priced for a natural doctor and we love that they have an affordable monthly membership!
