Erin and Katie are a m a z i n g. Both will tailor the experience to exactly what my body needs on any given day. The deep tissue massages are heavenly... Katie will respond to the subtle movements in my body faster than I could communicate them and knows when pressure is too much and when to move to another spot or stay working an area for a little longer. Erin will push those boundaries a bit deeper (pun intended) and really get into those areas I didn't even know were an issue. By far my favorite ladies to get body work from.

Absolutely Amazing is the short version of my review. Erin and her staff (I have been treated by them all: Erin, Katie, and Xia) are fantastic.
I went there by recommendations from some serious mountain bikers I know. I originally had some back issues and they were able to pinpoint where it was coming from. Already after the first treatment I was much better and a couple of treatments later I was as good as new. Ever since, I see them once a month for maintenance of my old body, and I look forward to each visit.
The office is very modern, clean and well kept. It has nicely heated massage tables. There is also plenty of parking in the front.

I've required regular massage most of my adult life to avoid/manage significant pain. From my first session with Erin, I could tell she was really special. She understands the anatomy of the body at a much deeper level than many massage therapists and has the skills to address the CAUSE of the pain!! I feel very fortunate to have found her and will continue to see her on a regular basis!! I have referred friends to her and they have all been amazed by her skills, as well. My sister was recently in town and had a session with Taylar while I was seeing Erin, and she was amazed with her skills, as well. Kinetic Health is working hard to find and train the best to really help those in pain!

Oh my goodness! I can’t say enough about Erin and her staff! I’ve had both back and hip surgery and would be way less mobile and hurting without Erin’s awesome massages! I’ve been seeing her for over three years and she is a life saver!!
Also totally professional, courteous and kind with a beautiful clean office! I know that she’s also helped many Professional athletes! This is where the Pros goes! ?

I highly recommend Kinetic Health for a massage. I have been going once a month for a year now and all of the massage therapists (Erin, Katie, Xia) are excellent. Before each visit they sit down with you and go over what pain issues you have, which they will work on, and or just an overall massage. I have had numerous pains of rotator cuff, lower back, neck and they are all gone to nearly gone by the end of my 90 minute session.
The office is newly remodeled and cozy. Love the heated tables and the chocolate goodie on the pillow

Wow, Kinetic Health gives me the most helpful and therapeutic massage therapy I've ever had. As a lifelong athlete, I've gotten regular massage therapy to soothe sore muscles and prevent injuries - I've had well over two thousand massages at various clinics all over the world. Nothing has ever compared to the therapeutic benefits I've gotten from my sessions at Kinetic Health. They focus on musculoskeletal issues and have deep understanding of body mechanics. I've never had any other therapist properly diagnose my problem areas and fix them like the expert therapists at Kinetic Health have. They treat lots of athletes of all ages and in various stages of injury/recovery, and it shows in their incredible skills and expertise. It's not just massage, but more like a personalized blend of muscle releases, shiatsu, assisted stretches with deep tissue work, along with massage therapy, to help set things right with your body. My first visit, I walked in with three issues in different muscle groups that were creating some movement problems and pain, and walked out with my body FINALLY in correct alignment, with happy, supple muscles and ready to resume all my sports. I'm so grateful for their incredibly skillful therapy services and amazing therapists. This is, by far, the most therapeutic and professional massage therapy practice I've ever experienced. They've made my body feel better than it ever has. And I really appreciate how compassionate they are, and how well they can read my body and its needs. Kinetic Health is truly amazing. I truly appreciate that they've gotten me back to 100% - they are miracle workers.

I started going to Kinetic Health a couple of years ago. I am 62 and very physically active. I face a lot of physical issues. If it weren’t for Kinetic Health I would not be doing the activities that I enjoy today. Also, they kept me from seeking out Doctors to fix my issues. The staff is great and very professional.
